Device (Ionic) not showing up in Studio (bridge connected)

Hello, need help with a problem here: had to switch my old Ionic for a new one (thought it just broke, in hindsight it looks like Fitbit had something to do with it, but that's not the point here) — now that my new Ionic is all set up, I'd like to sideload my old custom apps to it. They're the main reason I'm even using Fitbit as opposed to competition, so this is pretty important to me.

Here comes the problem: Fitbit Studio doesn't see my new device. I can build a project, connect the emulator and run a project on it, can enable developer bridge in Android app and Studio sees my phone, my watch syncs with my phone, BUT: "No devices available".

Tried chatting with support, might as well have a chat with a park bench.

Anyone experienced it and/or knows how to fix?

Thanks!

Provided that the device is paired to the same Fitbit account you're logged into Studio with, is charged above 25%, and has the developer bridge enabled in device Settings, then it should appear in Studio.

Double check that Studio shows the same Fitbit account as you're logged into the Fitbit mobile app.
