Hi all,
one user of my clock face has reported a problem with incorrect characters displayed by device.
The heartbeat widget display three question mark (???), instead of numbers.
This is a photo with the problem:
And this is a photo of device working in right way:
We have tried to:
- uninstall and reinstall the watch face several times;
- powered off the phone (iPhone 10 X max) and the watch (Versa) several times.
It seems a problem with characters encoding but I don't know how to find and solve the problem. He's using using is English (USA) language.
Can you help me, please?

Are you sure that your code doesn't add the question marks when the heart rate reading is not available? It's possible that the user did not grant your app permission to use the heart rate sensor when they installed the clock.

Hello, I was experiencing the exact same issue. I restarted my fitbit & also restarted my phone. Now I have my heart rate readings in real time
