drag-n-drop using any mac browser to access Fitbit Studio seems to be unsupported, as it does not work: no errors - upload file attempts are ignored.
Using a Windows browser, drag-n-drop in Fitbit Studio works fine.
What's the fix for drag-n-drop using a mac browser in Fitbit Studio ?
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried Chrome or Firefox on macOS? Are they definitely up to date?

Thanks for your reply!
Yes; all browsers are up-to-date. All MAC browsers behave the same way.

@newbie1234 I use Chrome on a Macbook (updated to High Sierra, Mojave is not supported on my 2009 dated system) and I don't have any problem with drag'n'drop.

I have a 2018 iMac, macOS Mojave, version 10.14.3 and have no issues using Safari and Fitbit Studio, specifically drag and drop.

Thanks for your reply.
Just a couple days ago, Apple’s App Store posted a security update to 10.13.6.
After applying that update, drag-n-drop started working.
Regards.
