Hello, i've been all day trying to connect my versa 2 to the fitbit studio. It always tries to connect and ends with a 1006 error.
I've tried using my phone as wifi point, changing the wifi, restarted the versa 2 and reseting the device with little to no luck.
My mobile connects to the studio just fine, i'm struggling only with the versa. I don't know what more to try, and i could use a little help

Unfortunately 1006 is a very generic "something went wrong" error. It could be poor wifi, or server error.
Which firmware version is your device using?

The versa 2 is using the firmware version 35.71.6.19.
I doubt the problem is due to poor wifi connection, I tried using several mobile devices as wifi hotspot, and different wifi. I also tried using diferent mobile devices, and each time I double checked that the laptop, the mobile device, and the versa2 are connected to the same wifi
