Exercise App Crashing after firmware update

HI - 

 

I loaded the firmware update over the weekend and am running 27.30.5.8 now on my Ionic.  After running this update, my exercise app crashes after I select an exercise - which makes a fitness tracker pretty useless.

 

I've already tried a factory reset - but it didn't fix it.  Anybody else experiencing this problem?

same thing for me. blaze on 17.8.402.1. starting the exercise app, just shows the fitbit logo on a brighter screen for around 10 seconds, then crashes and lands back at the clock screen.

any fitbit support here?
