Recently when the Aria 2 scales have been syncing there have been a lot of manual entries along with the weigh in data even though there has been no manual entries stored. Any ideas what is causing this. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it with no joy.

Hi @John0000 A few other users are seeing this, too. One user doesn't even own a scale! I recommend sending feedback in the Fitbit app. Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback.

@John0000 Sending feedback is different from contacting Support. You don't get a response when you send feedback. This is a new issue and I don't think Support can help you. The Aria 2 is a legacy model.
But sending feedback does get to the engineers.

Thanks. Not sure what a legacy model is but I have had these scales a while and this has just started to happen in the last few weeks.
