Does anyone know where I can find the clock face files within my ios system? I want to try and personally create my own face and upload it to the device.

I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to, but if you want to build your own clock for a Fitbit smartwatch, then go to dev.fitbit.com and follow the getting started guide.
