Hi all.
Has anybody experienced issues where the Fitbit app does not sync with the watch? I am using versa 2.
In addition to that, sleep data sometimes does not get processed and never makes it to their database.
Finally, I run a custom app on watch and some people experience the watch crashing on them on the middle of the night. My theory is that the watch's side button gets pressed multiple times triggering a reboot. We cannot replicate the issue since it only happens to 2 people while they sleep.
Any insight in these issues would be useful.

I had frequent sync issue while using Versa 3. Sometimes it would resolve after restarting the watch, sometimes by restarting smartwatch, and sometimes on it own. I recently changed to Sense 2, and since then there is no issue. So it might be due to hardware/firmware/software of old systems.

I have a Google Pixel Watch 3 and after the update my watch stopped syncing with the app all together! Even spent money on a brand new watch thinking the issue was the watch but that didn't even work!
Is there a w3ay to go back to the previous version of Fitbit app???!!!!
I've used Fitbit app since 2015 and I'm ready to delete Fitbit entirely and find an app that works.
