Formula for comparing the result of different exercises

Has anyone an idea how to compare the results of different exercises? For instance one person is walking 12 km for 2 hours. Another person is biking 14 km in one hour. A third person is doing some strength training for 55 minutes. And a fourth person is doing yoga for 90 minutes.

I want to let people register their exercises and then presenting some kind of scoreboard. Maybe I would take into account both the heart rate (max, min, average) during the exercise and the BMI of the person. Any ideas or formulas are welcome!
