Haptic Vibration Patterns

Hi,
Can anyone help me understand what the 6 vibration patterns:

• "bump"
• "nudge"
• "nudge-max"
• "ping"
• "confirmation"
• "confirmation-max"

Actually make the motor do?

Specifically, I'm looking for what the pattern of vibrations is in each case.
