Help - FitBit API - What DataSet is used for recommendations?

I'm developing an app that will feed in FitBit data via an API and I'm wondering what DataSet recommendations could be used to explain the intelligence of what the FitBit readings are suggesting. For instance, a 40 year old and overweight male, if he's reading his activity through his exercise program, is there a suggested Data set that FitBit would recommend or use that could explain the readings? I'm looking for something general yet intelligent, that would provide insight and help to the end user. Thank you in advance for any help that you can offer.

We don't provide datasets at this time. You would need your own users and consent to access their data.
