How can I track calories burned weight training please??

Hi I’m unsure how to work out how many calories I’ve burned whilst weight training?? Thanks

There really is no conclusive way to track calories burned while weight training, @SunsetRunner. If you check calories burned before, then subtract from calories burned after weight training, it will give you a good idea of the number.
