How do I center text/object in container

I have successfully employed the Cycle View to rotate touch objects in the middle of my clock face.  The problem is, depending on how wide the data is (100 steps versus 10,000 steps), the information is not centered.  Is there a way to keep the information centered without adding blanks to the beginning and end of the data?
