I'm having trouble creating a personalized clock face through SDK

I got the bottom message when I tried running a clock face I downloaded from the internet. I upgraded the version to 4.2 so it could run on my Ionic, but it still failed. What else should I do? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi!

From what version did you upgrade? Also, are you using the Fitbit SDK CLI or Fitbit Studio?
