I need to Opt Out of developer program and have developer tools removed from account.

I need to opt out of the developer program and have developer tools removed from account.

 

Also, I can't access the google form to request removal, but was told by a support agent that i was no longer on developer, but i still seem to be.

Unfortunately, once enabled, the developer tools cannot be removed from an account. They don't affect general usage or performance unless you're using them.
