Unfortunately not, but you can have 2 <image> or <text> layers, then offset the background layer and set it's opacity. You can see an example here https://github.com/orviwan/fitbit-cliff-star-clock

Please add text shadow support. The blur is an essential aesthetic that is not currently provided by an offset duplicate technique.
