Image picker works on simulator but not on watch

Hi,

 

I'm using the image picker api in a clockface. The clockface works fine on the simulator an you can change the background images without problems.

 

On the watch however you only can load on picture after installation of the clockface. If you try to load a new image nothing happens and the settings can't be changed at all. The clockface collects correct data and shows correct time.

 

Does anybody else know what could be the problem?

As far as I can see now this happens when the pictures loaded to the watch are too big in size.
