Issue is publishing the approved APP

Hi Fitbit SDK Support team, 

I have a developer submitted the APP and received your approval, however, he failed to use the link you gave him to publish the APP, he needs to seek further assistance, he left message on the forum but no reply for a week, the APP is called RUNOUTSIDE(Hong Kong Only). Thank you!

He should go into the 'Fitbit Gallery App Manager' ( https://gam.fitbit.com ) where he created the appstore entry for this app and uploaded the fba-file.
There is now a button called 'Publish App'.
He must only press this button to put the approved app into the appstore.

The Fitbit team review it, and if it's approved it will appear in the Fitbit App Gallery.
