Make the Simulator Work More Consistently

I used the fitbit studio and simulator to teach my API programming class's last project. We made watch faces and it was really awesome until some of us started having issues with the simulator loading and loading and not running. I have searched the forums and noticed it's been a thing for a while. Please fix. Thank you
