My settings are always "inactive" because the companion is not running

My watch settings only work for a very short time after I load it with fitbit studio to my watch and phone.

Looking at the logs it says:

 

Companion code started

IllegalStateError: Socket is closed

c at app:///companion:js:18

i at app:///companion:js:18

? at app:///companion.js:16

Failed to launch companion due to error loading companion script

Companion unloaded

 

Is this an error in my code? Because the stack trace does NOT correspond to my files or code.

Hi @biitfit2 - it is most likely a coding error. You can't rely on the errors telling you the right place or even the correct problem
