I bought a new versa and changed them with my girlfriend.
Before this I played around with her versa and her account and created a developer account to upload a watch face.
Now her versa become my but is still associated with her developer account what leads to that I am not able to create a new developer account for me because the versa is still connected to her account.
I already unpaired the versa with her mobile and reseted it to default and paired with my.
Error message:
It looks like your watch is already associated to another developer account. One watch can only be associated to one Fitbit developer account at a time.
Contact appgallerysupport@fitbit.com if you need assistance.
I already wrote an email but nothing happened so far.
Can I solve this issue by myself?
UPDATE:
Called yesterday the (really friendly) support in Germany. He guided me thru a factory reset but this was unfortunately not the solution. They are checking this topic today internally and I will get a call back this day.
