Native app notifications icon and app name

Not strictly SDK related but I can't find anywhere else to ask for help on this.

 

We have a native iOS app which supports push notifications. When enabling notifications in Fitbit, the app bundle identifier displays as the app name, and the icon is missing. Please see screenshot. Other apps appear to be supported. Does anyone know what we need to do to enable the icons and full app name?
