No devices available, fitbit OS simulator on windows

hello I am new to fitbit studio and I am having issues making it work

I logged in with the same account on both, started the simulator selected a device but it still says no devices available see screenshot

can't believe I can't even get started, tried everything installed and uninstalled, tried with multiple accounts, built a few times, nothing worked so far.

I am on windows 10 using just the studio and the simulator I have the app on my phone installed is there anything I need to do in the mobile app as well?

I can't fine that file.

In my "\AppData\Local" folder i've no simulator folder.

In "\AppData\Roaming" i've "Fitbit OS Simulator" folder, but inside mira i've no cacert.pem file inside.
