Peersocket Latency > 200ms, Sense to Pixel 5

Hello!

When sending simple messages (a single character) from a Sense to a phone (Pixel 5), I am seeing significant and variable latency, ranging from about 200 to 400ms.  Is this to be expected?  My use case requires very low latency.

What is the bluetooth connection interval?  Is there a way to alter this, lower the latency of the peersocket, or flush the peersocket buffer and force it to send queued messages?

There's no way to alter the behaviour of the system.

Can you demonstrate with code how you're measuring this latency?

Please also provide firmware version, mobile app version, and mobile OS version.
