People installing my watch face but getting another

I have had two customers reach out to me stating that they install my 101 All Stats watch face

but end up getting the attached watch face instead.

 

Why would this be?

I know you didn't ask me, but I think that's a standard Fitbit clockface (Pleat). It may display if the installation of your clockface fails (which happens from time to time). I'd suggest removing (if it's listed) and reinstalling yours.
