So i was cooking and told my alex a to set a timer. It occurred to me that it might be fun to have an app on the ionic that could reflect the alex a timer... Pretty sure I can figure out how to get that info from JavaScript but is there a way to make a call like that to the web from the ionic?

Calls have to be made from inside the Companion app, but I believe it should be possible. One of the guys made one which communicates with IFTT.
