Not on the watch, AFAIK. You may be able to make do with this in conjunction with file transfer.
In some cases, system.launchApp() might suffice.

To my knowledge, every app has its own location on the watch where you can save files but they're private (associated to the app ID). I think I saw that in the documentation:

@bloodtrainThanks, as the documentation specifically references a PRIVATE folder the presumption is in the structure there may be a PUBLIC one, albeit undocumented?
