Reason for App Rejection

I made an 2FA app, but it was rejected saying "can't login with random codes generated" but didn't provide any information on what app did they try to log and how. I have been using the app for Google, Dropbox and it definitely works. Is it possible to get more info about it

Apparently they tried using it for Gmail and it didn't work.

 

I'm not sure if time zones have any effect on your calculations, but it's worth noting the reviewers are in Europe, UTC+2.

 

If you're convinced it's working, perhaps resubmit with some additional instructions.
