Removing fitbit watch from GAM for forgotten credentials

Hello,

Bought fitbit watch from Market place (used one). When I tried to log to GAM, it says that the watch is already associated with another account. I tried to contact the previous owner and I was informed that he registered it long ago and no longer remember anything and no longer have the app. And he informed me not to ask again, instead take it back to the seller. I wrote an email to support team and no feedback yet.

How can I overcome this?

From memory, GAM support (email address near top of GAM page) used to be able to do this. However, I don't know if that email is monitored any more. If it was, you'd need to be able to prove ownership of the watch.

it seems none monitors it. I talked to previous owner and he told me that he has deleted his account but I am still getting the same.

Can anyone recommend me a working repository for collecting data from fitbit versa 4? it looks like app written for fitbit versa 2 or 3 is not working for versa 4.

I want to collect as much data as I can starting with heart rate, accelerometer,etc.
