SDK: Determine if device have Sleep Mode or DND turned On?

I'm currently working on an app and try to make some power usage optimizations and don't execute some code if device is in Sleep or Do Not Disturb modes.

 

So my question is:

there is an variable in SDK to determine Sleep Mode and DND states (turned On or Off) on the device? Either in Quick Settings and by Sleep Schedule in Settings.

Settings API  have a completely different purpose.

 

But I've read your linked post and I hope that something has been changed from 2021 in this matter.
