SDK documentation

Good morning:

Is there any way that the SDK and API documentation can be made available in a format easy to print (like a PDF file). Copying and pasting the online information into a Word file can take a long time given the number of individual topics covered for each package.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking of doing this for the 4.x documentation, but it might be useful for both.
