I'm a casual builder so haven't done anything in several months. I have created a few watch faces that last time I tried would build fine. I have tried to get them to build using Microsoft edge and Firefox browsers on the SDK. I get the same build error. From reading forums some times you just need to try another day or restart browser. I've been trying for 3 days still no go. The last clock face I worked on still happily runs in the simulator just can't load anything new or side load. I have heard Firefox should work I have also heard Chrome works best but don't want to load another browser on my system. Is there a browser SDK compatibility test if my version is old? These things just seem to be getting more challenging for casual users.

Are you using Studio?
Is the SDK version one of the latest? (4.3, 5.0 6.0)
What device are you building for?
Elaborate. 🙂

What error message are you getting?
You could also use the command-line SDK instead. https://dev.fitbit.com/build/guides/command-line-interface/

Command-line SDK video is difficult to follow I have tried and the written explanation didn't help much. Did giving you the error code suggest any fixable issue? I know you guys are busy but I gave it to you a few weeks back and I haven't found a workable solution on my own.

Hi MarioDings your request made me look at the ".json" folder which I hadn't considered. Yes I'm using studio and found I'm using a no longer supported SDK so not sure which. I'm having same issue with all my builds primarily clock faces and one app. I guess now I have to figure out how to properly do the update to newer version that I got on the ".json" tab my first attempt failed of course. If I get it to work I'll mar this as solved Thanks to you.
