Traditionally there have been only 2 SDKs available but currently there are 3.

 

SDK 4.3 without backward compatibility to 4.2, unfortunately.

SDK 6.1 with backward compatibility to SDK 6.0.

 

When, or if, an SDK is made available for the Sense 2 or Versa 4, be warned that some of the older SDKs may disappear.

 

It remains to be seen what will happen, and may be an SDK 7.0 will appear and the others will be unaffected but just in case they decide to drop an older SDK [quite possibly 4.3] it might be a good idea to use the waiting period to get your clocks or apps updates done while you still can.

 

It should also be noted that clocks and apps made using the older SDKs can work on watches which users have chosen to not update, and will still work on those that have been updated.

 

For those using the Simulator it would be a good idea to save a copy of the current version in order to test and compare any changes.
