Satelite view in Fitbit simulator

I've just noticed that in the latest release (0.6.4) of the fitbit simulator the option to show the map in satelite view has been removed. This option is crucial for my development. I'm making a golf app and I need to check distances to certain marks which are only seen on satelite view.

 

Why is it removed, and can it come back?

We're not sure that the control was ever enabled, it wasn't for me in 0.6.3. Anyway, I've passed the request on to the tools team and it will be added in a future update.
