Sense 2 SDK & Apps

I just got a Sense 2. Turns out there's literally ZERO apps in there and no SDK support. Please can SOMEONE tell me if there's a timeline on this yet? i'm seeing comments on this platform on this issue dating back to october and november. The Ads say Google smarts but all this has a Google maps notifier. Is this all because of the Google merger that Sense is now the neglected kid compared to the Google Watch? If anybody has any workarounds for Developing watchfaces and installing the main apps then please do say. Thanks.

Hi @V0RT3X - no time line has been given for an SDK and recently the Fitbit Studio for developing clocks and apps was removed. Google doesn't make any money by providing a free SDK so most likely it is being neglected.

I read on different articles that Clock faces can be build for Sense 2 but not apps.
Because I lost my Sense 1 by crashing while surfing, I thought why not buy the Sense 2 and further develop my clockface for Sense 1.
But I cannot find anywhere a description how to develop and build the clockface for Sense 2.

Is there already somewhere new information/tutorials for that or when?

Thanks.

Hi @DutchHarry - developers haven't been given any access to develop for the Sense 2.

You might find a new Sense 1 which has features not found on the Sense 2 more suitable in your case.
