My Sense devise and my Fitbit app on phone show different amount of steps even though it has just synced? IF one has just synced their device shouldn't it be the same number of steps?

Hi @plscuteri - the V4 Fitbit App first released in September 2023 has been plagued with syncing and other bugs, each new version may fix or create new problems.

Have a look in the forums at the reports which can vary depending on iOS or Android versions.
