Hi,
does anybody know if it's possible to check the signal strenght of the hear rate sensor?
Big problem since March 2018: No sleep stages, and I assume there was a change in the algorithm for the sleep stages. Information from support: Data missing, but they are not able to provide further information which data is missing. Unfortunalty no one at Fitbit can help, and I'm wondering why not!
So I'd like to check if there is a possibiltiy with the SDK to program a checking app to make sure that Ionic is working correct.
I see the LED on the back side of Ionic looks good, but receive the Ionic correct data?
How can we check that with the SDK?
Thank you in advance for further information.
Best regadrs,
Mark

The API doesn't provide signal strength info. You can download your intraday HR data and look for suspiciously long intervals between readings; they're a good indicator of poor data.

Oh, that's bad!
Is the download with SDK possible? Or an external website?
Yes, that's what I try to find out, the poor data. But wondering why there are poor data.
Thank you!

SDK or external website can work for getting intraday HR data.
