Simulator: Error 0 Critical glue error

I keep getting this message "Error 0 Critical glue error" when trying to run my project on the simulator.

I thought it was just the simulator but it works fine on a different project.

Any ideas what it could be?

I think this error can occur if you're using a component which doesn't have an ID, but it needs one.
