Simulator and tracker act different

Hello,

On my app, when I run it in the simulator, everything is great.  However, when I run it on my Ionic, everything works the same until the summary screen.  The summary screen does not show up on the tracker, the screen just goes blank.  Thoughts?

Self bump. It appears there is a disagreement between the simulator and the watch.

I have recieved emails from potential users regarding this issue, so I know it is not just me.  

 

Since FitBit is unable or unwilling to even acknowledge this issue, I want my app removed from the store.
