I keep getting the following:

 

Simulator failed to start: connect ECONNREFUSED

127.0.0.1:63981

Is this your first time trying to run it?

 

ECONNREFUSED is maybe ethernet connection refused, so it could mean you might have security settings in place such as a firewall that is blocking access.
