Simulator stuck on Login Transfer

Hello,

 

I have run into a problem. I am trying to install the simulator on my works computer to test some code. The problem is, when I run the simulator it stays stuck on the Login Transfer screen with the rotating balls indicating its loading. I have noticed this came up before, has anyone found a fix for this?
