Smooth scroll

Is there a way to create animations to scroll smoothly? 

It just does not look aesthetically pleasing on the eye and feels quite jarring when I focus on the screen of the watch, like I can see the pixel density and it's not ticking as it should, but dragging along continuously

There's the scrollview component for long pages of content.
