Steps and calories are shown as "undefined" for 3rd party app installed via the private link

Hi, I am testing the clock face installed via the private link now. I have few Fitbits but one of them keep showing "undefined" for steps and calories. Also, when I click the private link and open the app, I can't see the permission menu while the others show correctly. Can anyone explain why this is happened? Thank you!

is this a face you developed? if so, can you share your package.json and the code in which you are setting the stats?
