Studio not connecting to mobile or clock on SDK 4.3 ionic.OK wifi

I can see the mobile and clock on the drop menu in stduio but cannot get green connected

wifi is ok
sdk is configured 4.3
ionic clock
upgraded firmware and app to latest version

Still is not working

Hi, @nordicguest - are you trying to load your project into the OS Simulator or the watch?

If the latter, you need to turn on the Developer Bridge in the watch settings.

For the former, check the OS Simulator Settings tab and if there is an issue change clock to another one of the same type.
