I've only a Fitbit Blaze, but my girlfriend have a Fitbit Ionic.

 

I've made a clock face for her, but I don't see how I submit my work to the app gallery ???

The GAM will only let you submit an app when you have an appropriate device linked to your Fitbit account.

 

Login to gam.fitbit.com with her account and publish it that way.
