I have a clock face I developed for the FitBit Ionic and one of the users has reported that he uses multiple trackers one the same account. He says that when he syncs his Alta to the app, then attempts to update his Ionic, it doesn’t display the steps he got from the Alta. Is this something I can fix?
As far as I know, the device API only allows reading the user activity for ‘today’ and Fitbit is responsible for syncing.

Possibly. Ensure that you're using 'adjusted' values rather than 'local' values. More here.
