There are no SDKs available in Studio to build this project.

Whenever I try to build an app I get the message "There are no SDKs available in Studio to build this project.". If I am supposed to download/install an SDK to my computer, could somebody please give me the url from which it can be downloaded?

It sounds like an old project which needs to be updated to use a more recent version of the SDK.

Click on the package.json file and select the latest SDK version, then you should be able to build.
