Unable to register new application

I'd like to use the WebAPI for retrieving some data ( first of all for testing ) by calling it by NodeRed. First I need to register an application as described in the documentation. Unfortunatelly there is no button te register an application, only an App. On the register-app form I need to fill in a bunch of URL's but I don't have any since there won't be a user interface, other than the Grafana Dashboard.

 

Where can I find the possibility to register an application so I can retrieve the keys ?
