I was trying to access Fitbit Studio, but i'm stuck on a screen displaying a spinning wheel and "Now arriving" and "Fitbit Studio is loading". I've tried some basic troubleshooting (updating my browser, clearing cookies and cache, etc.), but nothing helped so far.
Here is a screenshot with the console window (it is displaying a bunch of errors):
I saw a similar post on this Community website, where the issue was resolved by updating the browser, unfortunately that didn't work either. Which steps can I take to access the studio again?

Looks like the issue resolved itself 2-3 weeks later. I can access the Studio without issues now!

Are you still getting this error?
I have had this one you mention from time to time, but it seems to resolve itself . Mostly I need to go back to studio.fitbit.com - refresh - sometimes log out and log back in again.
I think I am having a related error - but I dont know if anyone else is getting this error : https://community.fitbit.com/t5/SDK-Development/OS-Simulator-DANG-failed-to-start/m-p/4213331#M11822

I am still unable to access the Studio (therefore unable to see if i have the issue which you're experiencing too). Even using another account which i created to find out if there was a problem with my main account i was not able to get past the screen.
But I am currently monitoring the status of Fitbit via Downdetector https://downdetector.com/status/fitbit/ and it looks like most reports are about server connection problems, so that might be the issue.
