My Versa 2 is only 1 month old. The Heart Rate monitor is working as I can see it in the app on my phone, the display on the fitbit always just displays blank lines. I've followed the suggestions to clean the back of the watch, turn the HR setting off and on and reboot. Nothing has helped.

Swipe left on the watch till you find the Today app and see if HR displays correctly, most likely it will.
If so, this could indicate an error in the clock face you are using, try another clock face.
